The theater is small but fantastic, the staff is absolutely lovely, and the Knights of the Arcade are hilarious! We discovered them by accident 8 years ago and have been in attendance for as many shows as possible ever since. When shows went online during the height of the pandemic, we didn't miss a single Knights stream - it was our quarantine date night and (I believe) what kept me sane in the midst of the madness. I've come across cast members in public a few times and found myself star struck, quietly fangirling alone in corners and internally squeeing. I cannot recommend the Knights - or Arcade - enough!
I ussly really like this place . But the act we went to see the other day . Was pompus. And the cheese cake had been in the freezer to long They can't all be good I guess. But this place is usually a good night out
A small island of laughter, companionship and warmth where great folks gather to joke and laugh together. Best place to spend your hard earned money at – you're very likely to have a fantastic time. And if you're feeling like you've got something to show but don't know how – they offer classes! And the classes are top notch and not very expensive too!
The shows sold out pretty quickly during the holiday season.
Although it was hard for me to understand comedy, I tried to sit through the whole show. Again, you might like it, so try it. It's been running for so long it seems.
The good. Tickets were affordable. The venue was nice and clean. The standup portion of the comedy was good.
The bad. After the standup was off stage, the improv was just plain bad. My laughs only came out of the awkwardness of the show. It really felt like the comedians were just trying to hard. It was seriously bad.
Such a fun experience! We went and saw Speakeasy and must I say, the producer was the highlight of the show! He acted as the MC and did his own performance as well. He made both me and my friend laugh so hard, it was an awesome time! All the staff were so nice and the theater and bathrooms were both very clean. I would definitely recommend seeing a show here, whether you are from Pittsburgh or from out of town!
Fabulous place! It was so much fun. I highly recommend the comedy gameshow. I really liked being able to enjoy the local comedians who participated. Kidmental is stupid he's so good!! Highly recommend and I will be back!
We took our son for his 24th birthday to the Knights of the Arcade show and it was a blast! We’ll definitely go again.
